One evening, Chunguang, heavy of heart, was sitting in front of the desk reading Matthew 7:13-14: “Enter you in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because narrow is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to life, and few there be that find it.” Though she had read and pondered these two verses many times, she still couldn’t figure out the question about entering the narrow gate and the wide gate.
